The point where water separates plays with the fleeting and the fixing of its passages. Emerging from underwater repeatedly, I come to play with the crystallization of a vanishing sight, of a passage so fluid that it is difficult to fix into a sign: looking underwater, and looking up at the release of the sky’s view through the last thin layer of water.
The sharpness of the elusive water’s movement became a discovery, a play with the indeterminate through light and matter that results in a series of unexpected yet familiar structures.
Transposing it onto glass, I extend its presence into space through projections, exploring its volatilization within the surrounding environment.
